Partners provides full-time case management services to all mentors and mentees in order to build a strong foundation for a life long friendship through regular check-ins, training opportunities, and resource navigation.

Monthly Partnership Activities

Each month Partners provides a free group activity for our partnerships they can interact in a positive environment, improve social skills, and bond with one another. Activities vary monthly, and may include: camping trips, skating, picnics, holiday parties, bowling, and art projects. 

Community Service Activities

“Community service is an integral and educational component of the Partners model. It provides an opportunity for Partnerships to strengthen their relationships by working together as volunteers in the community. In[1]  the past, partnerships have enjoyed putting together food baskets during the holidays, decorating ceramic bowls to be auctioned at the annual gala, and volunteering at the Food Bank of the Rockies.
