Become a Tutor     

General Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Commit to spending two hours per week on Monday or Wednesday evening with a student during the school year

Steps in the Process:

1. Attend a 1 hour orientation session at our office.
2. Complete a volunteer application.
3. Schedule an interview with a case manager at your convenience.
4. Provide two character references.
5. Submit to a Criminal Background check, including fingerprinting which is done in our office free of
    charge.
6. Attend a training focused specifically on academic tutoring
